Baby Art Keepsake Christmas Course
Make this Christmas one to remember with a five-week course full of tiny hands, festive colour and keepsakes you’ll treasure for years. Each week you and your little one will create something special together in our relaxed, baby-friendly studio. You don’t need any experience, just bring your little artist and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Week 1 (12 Nov): Baby Christmas tree ceramic prints
- Week 2 (19 Nov): Design and glaze their forever Santa treat plate, ready for Christmas Eve every year
- Week 3 (26 Nov): Christmas card making
- Week 4 (3 Dec): Glaze your ceramic keepsakes from week 1
- Week 5 (10 Dec): Create a Christmas decoration canvas
Included: all materials and firing, plus a free coffee for you each week. For babies and toddlers aged 0–3 with a grown-up. Fired pottery takes 4 weeks, so we’ll let you know when your keepsakes are ready to collect.

Appointments take place in our Chester studio, and a casting appointment takes 1 hour. We take specialist hand and foot casts for babies and children from birth, using non-toxic materials. Each solid casting is finished in your choice of look and displayed in a high-quality bespoke frame or mount — so the detail you notice today is still there years from now.
Finishes, mounts and frame colours are discussed at your appointment so we can create the piece that feels right for you.

Gently, in studio, with non-toxic materials. Suitable from birth. There’s no rush — we work around naps, feeds and wriggles.

Your piece is finished, framed or mounted, and ready to collect — a keepsake that holds every tiny crease and curve.

Yes. At our studio at 5 Eastgate Row North we make glazed hand and footprints on pottery, clay impressions and 3D castings of baby hands and feet. All are suitable from birth.

Yes. Our family and special pieces include sibling feet (from £170), parent and baby (from £225), adult and child clasping (from £140) and a family tree (6 casts £370, 8 casts £485). “From” prices are a starting point, and the final price depends on the finish and frame you choose.
How long is a keepsake appointment?
Clay impression appointments take 30 minutes, and we take two impressions, keeping the second as a backup. Casting appointments take 1 hour.
How long do glazed hand and footprints take?
About 4 weeks, as they’re glazed and fired in our kiln (a little longer in school and seasonal holidays). We’ll email you when your keepsake is ready, then pop in during opening hours within 2 weeks to collect it. No appointment needed.
